FBMS PTO
The PTO team supports the students, teachers and staff in various ways. Our team meets once a month and there are many ways to get involved to help enrich your child's school experience. We have a Fall Fundraiser that helps us set the budget for the year. Ways we support and ways to get involved.
• We provide a special treat to ALL A/B Honor recipiants on a quarterly basis! This is a time to honor the hard work they have put in and incentivize the students to work extra hard for this celebration. This can be up to 200+ kids each quarter!
• We organizine and host Teacher Appreciation Week and Holiday and New Year Staff Breakfasts for all of FBMS. All of this is not possible without our Great Teachers!
• We have started a new initiative to support the school with Campus Beautifcation projects. Last year, we updated some plants on the grounds, we redecorated the Teacher Lounge and have new plans for 2024!
• Along with their annual fundraiser the PTO Team hosts fun fundraising events throughout the year and ways for parents to meet other families in their school community; Singo, Rivercruise and Football Fundraiser for Concessions and Spirit Week!
• Lastly, we are on our 3rd Year of Teacher Grants. We have a specific fundraising event that raises funds for educational and developmental enhancements for the school as a whole. Over the last few years the Teacher Grants have provided us equipment for a science lab, new training equipment in for all athletics, a VR curriculum for all subject levels, podcast equipment for new ways of learning.
